Lush's Space Girl bath ballistic will lift you into the stratosphere
(09/02/2010)
Lush’s Space Girl bath ballistic (£1.85) is shaped like a lilac Saturn and sprinkled with space dust, leaving you twinkling like a galaxy of stars. The fragrance is reminiscent of blackcurrant sweeties and contains refreshing bergamot oil and grapefruit oil, a combination that will lift you into another stratosphere! All in all, Space Girl makes for a stellar bath time experience.
Inspiration for this product came from a new song of the same name. Lots of Lush products are created this way and Space Girl is in homage to ‘Space Girl’, by Ewan McColl of The Imagined Village, from their new album Empire & Love. Mark Constantine, Lush MD, has been working a lot with Simon Emmerson, also from The Imagined Village, on the spectacular music for the Lush Spa and was more than happy to create a product for this new song when asked. Hence this ballistic was created for us mere mortals to enjoy!
Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics are the creators of the original bath ballistic, the ingenious invention that when thrown into the bath fizzes to release the finest ingredients at the peak of their potency. Created by Mo Constantine, Lush Co-Founder and product creator, over 15 years ago - each one is formulated to clean, care for the skin and gently deodorise the body as well as make you feel happy all over!
Space Girl and other Lush products are available nationwide.
